These terms govern your use of the consultancy services provided by Zacgillam. By engaging our services, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
Zacgillam offers strategic advisory, planning, coordination, and performance optimization services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are defined in a separate service agreement signed by both parties.
The client agrees to provide accurate, timely information and access to relevant personnel and resources necessary for the execution of the project. Failure to do so may result in delays or termination of services.
Zacgillam provides advisory and execution support but does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue increases, or business results. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of a material breach by either party, the non-breaching party may terminate immediately. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the effective date.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
